She previously spent 28 years at Key Equipment Finance (KEF), holding various roles in Operations and technology. Jen led the implementation of LTi’s ASPIRE and played a pivotal role in KEF’s technology stack transformation. Her latest role at KEF was with the KEF senior leadership team, leading the business support teams and sales enablement, driving growth through data-driven strategic modeling.
