To quote Tomar from an earlier episode, "It's a Newgrounds podcast, I don't have to explain who Luis is, right?" He has a point. This guy's done so much, made so much, been with NG so long and lived with so many top-level people (which isn't as weird a brag as it sounds) that you'd have to try REALLY hard to not know Luis.
