Today we discuss taking an inventory of habits and self-auditing so we can strive to thrive in 2025. Taking a self audit allows us to assess what areas we need to improve or focus on, assess our good & bad habits, see if our routine supports our goals, and generally allows us to align our life with stepping into our future healthiest, happiest version of ourselves. I hope to provide actionable tips in areas such as: routine hygiene, relationship hygiene, internal language water, activity, sleep, nutrition, career, environment, and internal language.
