In 2019 I experienced a major ego 💀 and after that I had an easier time telling my ego “I didn’t ask for your opinion dude” and move on with my life (for the most part).
First things first. “Ego 💀 ” is not implying I now have no ego. My ego is still there and that is freaking good (‘cause it has a function).
However, what happens by an ego 💀 is simply the diminishing of the control and power the ego has through a controversial conscious act (seen from the egos point of view that is) that results in….nothing. Aka you are still safe although the ego tried to keep you from doing something because it was 💯 positive you would be very very very unsafe if you did exactly that.
