In 2019 I experienced a major ego 💀 and after that I had an easier time telling my ego “I didn’t ask for your opinion dude” and move on with my life (for the most part).
First things first. “Ego 💀 ” is not implying I now have no ego. My ego is still there and that is freaking good (‘cause it has a function).
However, what happens by an ego 💀 is simply the diminishing of the control and power the ego has through a controversial conscious act (seen from the egos point of view that is) that results in….nothing. Aka you are still safe although the ego tried to keep you from doing something because it was 💯 positive you would be very very very unsafe if you did exactly that.

A few weeks ago I particiapted in a Past Life Regressaiojn workshop and my experience was, simply put, MINDBLOWING. This workshop had been postponed 6 months due to circumstances nevertheless the reason for this was uncovered as I joined the workshop in January 2024. In this episode I'm sharing with you the past life I experienced as well as a future life and the learnings and insights that I walked away with which added to my own self-discovery journey. Self-development is a life-long process and there are a million different ways we can embark on this journey. I came across Human Design in 2019 and have been experimenting with it's teachings now for a little over 4 years. The impact this HD experiment has had on myself and my life has been evident and I credit this approach to being a crucial aspect to my manifestations and personal success - which is funny because my Projector state of alignment is "success".

Hey star, when did you feel joy the last time? Like, really really fet it? To be honest, I can't answer that question myself. In this episode I share with you why I believe joy (the emotion) is usually ending up in the back seat of our "emotion car" as well as a few personal experiences that have tapped into the topic of identifying, feeling and expressing joy.

As this is a topic I want to explore further myself, I'm inviting you to join me on a 21-day "Joy Challenge", which starts February/March 2024. This challenge is for you who are juggling many things, many roles and someone/something always wants something from you, you feel like you’re in the hamster wheel of life, the days fly by with the same routine and on Sunday evening you think “what did I even feel this past week?”. The expected result is an understanding of what brings you joy and creating a habit of noticing, feeling & expressing joy daily.
