On November 9th, 1996 a mother was sitting at home with her sister as her three sons were having a scheduled visit with their non-custodial father in Torbay, Newfoundland, Canada. Around 8:30pm he would give her a call and let her know that he would not be returning the children home to her, their custodial parent, that night. Now, nearly 25 years later, she has not heard from or seen her ex-husband or her three children since.
