In this solo episode I wanted to take space and time to honor my little brother, Allen "AP" Powell who passed away four years ago today, very unexpectedly and tragically. Since then I have referred to his approach to life and everything he did as, 'full throttle" and his life has inspired me to adapt that approach for myself.
Full Throttle is defined as being done with great speed and enthusiasm. For me full throttle also means being locked in, going all in, being committed, taking risks and giving maximum effort. Looking eye to eye with fear and doing the thing anyway, is the full throttle approach and the Allen Powell way.
I've had a lot of anxiety leading up to this point, so in order to turn a usually dark day into one of peace and joy I have broken down how to shift into a full throttle mindset and gave clear examples how I've done that in my own life, including with this podcast. I hope you can draw inspiration from this episode as well.
