Delanie is a Simplicity Coach to entrepreneurs, co-host of the top-charting podcast with millions of downloads called Self-Helpless, and lover of efficiency. Her passion for conscious consumption, running sh*t like a well-oiled machine, and her former life as a stand-up comedian, greatly influenced her coaching approach. She helps people start, scale, and simplify their businesses and passion projects with a focus on freeing up time, leveraging one's unique skill set and interests, and working with intention. She offers a no BS guidance to her clients and she’s not afraid to open up and share her personal experiences, failures, and strategies in order to fast-track their success. She first launched a business called Dicks by Delanie, where she turned people into penis cartoons that she put on coffee mugs. In less than a year, she was able to leave her corporate day job to run that business full-time, which led to artists and entrepreneurs asking for her help making their dream jobs a reality, and bringing their ideas to fruition. 

Her big mistake she made starting/scaling her business: Over-complicating her offers

Delanie started her business with so many facets, thinking she needed to have something for everybody, and when she finally simplified her business, everything changed. We talk about the mindset shift around the complexity of your business and that you don’t need to be everything for everyone, you just need to be something for someone.
