Welcome back to The Underworld series where I share my personal journey through the darkness! How I ventured through the 7 layers of The Underworld for 7 years! The descension was not linear (because when is it ever), but each year around my birthday marked catalyst moments of shifting into different layers of darkness. From ages 21-27 were the deep soul lessons of duality. When I turned 28, it was my first year above ground which consisted of me sealing up the energetic leaks and completing the cycles so I could then gain the capability to fully ascend into the light. And guess what... I just turned 29 a couple weeks ago! And ya, universe was right on time with catalystic moments of soul expansion.

The Underworld Year 3:

Year 3 is where I started to gain my voice back. I began speaking up, setting boundaries, and as a result it changed my entire f**king life. At 23 years old, I finally realized I had never set boundaries before, which resulted in me existing in a reality of constantly experiencing mistreatment to the point of receiving abuse. It was clicking that it was my responsibility to enforce how I desired to be treated by others or nothing would change. The early stages of boundary setting is incredibly difficult because it will completely crumble dysfunctional dynamics. This is what was happening for me during Year 3, and listen to what can occur when a person does not have a foundation of healthy coping mechanisms while in the midsts of a complete life change...
