~ What is Yumomi? ~

「湯もみ」という言葉を聞いたことがありますか？

群馬県の草津温泉という有名な温泉があります。

草津温泉はとても熱いのですが、水を入れてしまうと温泉の効果が弱くなってしまうので、長い板を入れてお湯をゆらし、入れる温度までお湯を冷まします。

草津は日本三大温泉の1つです。楽しい街なので、ぜひ行ってみてください。

「ゆもみ」という ことばを きいたことがありますか？

ぐんまけんの くさつおんせん という ゆうめいな おんせんがあります。

くさつおんせんは とても あついのですが、みずを いれてしまうと おんせんの こうかが よわくなってしまうので、ながい いたを いれて おゆを ゆらし、はいれる おんどまで おゆを さまします。

くさつは にほん さんだい おんせんの ひとつです。たのしい まちなので、ぜひ いってみてください。

Have you ever heard the word “yumomi”?

There is a famous hot spring in Gunma Prefecture called Kusatsu Onsen.

Kusatsu Onsen is very hot, but if water is added, the effect of the hot spring is weakened, so they put a long board in the water and shake it to cool the water to a temperature that you can get in.

Kusatsu is one of the three best hot springs in Japan. It is a fun town, you should go there:)!
