1. When designing a system, ask: Does it make it easier for us, or those we are serving?

2. When utilizing technology, ask: Is it cool, or does it actually aid our vision?

3. When changing an environment, ask: Am I tired of it, or are they tired of it? What have I become blind to?

4. Stay Relationally Connected to those who are disconnected from faith and then don’t do what they said, do what they really need.
