This week Liam and Jesse take deep dive into Muscle Soreness.

After participating in some kind of strenuous physical activity, particularly something new to your body, it is common to experience muscle soreness.

Join us as we discuss different types of muscle soreness including cramping, exertion-based pain and discomfort, as well as delayed onset muscle soreness or (DOMS). DOMS refers to the gradually increasing discomfort that occurs between 24 and 48 hours after activity and it is perfectly normal.

Jesse and Liam get into what causes soreness and perhaps more importantly what doesn't. Finally we discuss strategies and tactics for reducing and or eliminating muscle soreness after a workout.
