2 men with over 50 years combined at the Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Department mean that in the nicest way possible. Chief Matt Dumont is in charge of the jail and he wants inmates to succeed when they get out. 70% to 85% of the people who come in are dealing with drug issues and the CATS program helps them on the road to recovery.
