Christian Cox, a native of West Bountiful, Utah, has led a life marked by talent, resilience, and faith. He excelled in football and baseball at Bountiful High School, becoming a back-to-back state champion. His collegiate journey saw him playing at Southern Utah University before walking on at the University of Utah, where he earned a scholarship, led the team in sacks, and was voted team captain. After a brief NFL career with the New England Patriots was cut short by a neck injury, he found renewed faith and a new calling in the tech industry.

Transitioning from sports to business, Christian played a key role in scaling two SAAS companies, including NUVI, which was acquired by Reputation.com, and Filvine, where he currently serves as SVP of Sales. Known for his leadership and integrity, he continues to inspire others through his work, faith, and family life with his wife Kamille Frey and their six children. Karen Wiltin’s faith exemplifies the power of believing you can overcome anything.

Karen journey is one of resilience and determination. At 44, this Physician Assistant from Lucas, TX, faced a life-altering injury during a normal ninja training session in 2019. A devastating fall left her with broken neck bones and torn ligaments, almost paralyzing her. The road to recovery was long and grueling, requiring her to wear a cervical collar for three months and undergo physical therapy for a year. During this time, Karen was unsure if she would ever return to the sport she loved, as her life was turned upside down, limiting her ability to move, work, or play with her children.

Despite these challenges, Karen’s indomitable spirit led her back to the ninja gym exactly one year after her accident. With the support of her coach, Karsten Williams, and her two young daughters, she rebuilt her strength and conquered her fears. Now, with her neck fully healed and her determination stronger than ever, Karen returns to American Ninja Warrior, determined to write a new chapter and inspire her daughters by going out on her own terms. This is more than a comeback; it’s a testament to the power of perseverance and the will to overcome.  You are going to love her!

Dr. Edgar, the 160th President of the ADA and the 5th woman to hold this prestigious title, has been a dedicated member since 1992. Her journey is truly inspiring. After 15 years of teaching junior high and Honors Chemistry, she pursued her dental degree at 37, earning it from the University of Washington.

Throughout her illustrious career, Dr. Edgar has held numerous leadership roles:

• ADA House of Delegates (2005-2018)

She has also been involved with the Washington State Dental Association, the Pierre Fauchard Academy, and many more esteemed organizations.

A national-class marathon runner, Dr. Edgar has completed over 45 marathons, including the first Women’s Olympic Marathon Trials. She has also conquered two full Ironman races.

Now retired from private practice, she dedicates her time to volunteer organizations, focusing on continuing education and increasing access to care for veterans and the underserved.

Dr. Edgar's dedication extends beyond dentistry. She chaired a $22 million campaign for the University of Washington School of Dentistry and continues to inspire with her commitment to giving back.

Meet Kelsey Lensman, a 28-year-old entrepreneur, sports medicine specialist, and inspiring speaker. Kelsey graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in sports medicine, initially planning to attend physical therapy school. However, during her senior year, she felt a different calling. After a transformative year of training for a bodybuilding competition, she realized our potential exceeds our imagination.

Since then, Kelsey has become a 5x bodybuilding competitor, 4x powerlifting competitor, powerbuilder, Olympic lifter, and participant in numerous events. She founded EmpowHER Fitness, coaching women nationwide in nutrition, fitness, and mindset, and created EmpowHER Fitness Events, which challenge women to step out of their comfort zones.
