🌟 The Indy Effect: A Legacy of Love and Light 🌟

I recently had the profound honor of hosting Terah Belle Jones on my Beliefcast. It was one of the most emotional, vulnerable, and powerful conversations I’ve ever experienced—a true display of what I call “mom power.”

Terah, a former ER and pediatric nurse, became a beacon of hope and resilience after the heartbreaking loss of her daughter, Indy Llew, to cancer. Indy, born with Down syndrome, was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome in 2018, which later progressed to leukemia. Despite multiple remissions, Indy passed away at just 5 years old in June 2021.

Her story captivated the world. Indy's light, strength, and spirit inspired a movement known as “The Indy Effect.” People from all walks of life changed because of her—choosing more love, more presence, more purpose. One small girl sparked a global wave of kindness, compassion, and transformation.

Terah courageously documented their journey on her blog, sharing raw moments of love, faith, and heartbreak. In her post “The Beautiful Life of Indy Llew,” she reflects on the miracles and lessons Indy brought into the world. Terah continues to inspire through her words and public appearances—reminding us all that even in the deepest pain, there is beauty, purpose, and hope.
