What even is the shadow?! We’ll get into that in our conversation,
but first, who is Will Sparks?
Will is a Professor and Chair of Leadership in the McColl School of
Business at Queens University at Charlotte, NC. He has taught there 22
years and his background and degrees are in Organizational Psychology.
Will has been involved extensively in shadow work, heavily influenced by
the famous Carl Jung, and attributes a lot of his approach in
leader/team/organizational development and executive coaching to accounting
for, and appreciating, the power of the shadow.
