A belief is literally a thought you think over and over until you believe it is fact. They’re not necessarily true, but we believe them to be true if we repeat them enough times in our heads. In this episode, we talk about one little lie we tell ourselves that often creates a big impact on our lives: it is impossible. We get to believe whatever we want to believe. If we want to become who we want to be, do the things we want to do, and create an impact in other people’s lives through our purpose, it’s about time we let go of our negative beliefs and hang on to a new one that will help us do all that.
