In episode 143 I interview Mary and we talk all about Human Design, how it connects to self love and motherhood. Mary Grace Theory is a Self Love coach and the founder of Self Love Medicine. She believes that studying and learning about yourself is a powerful way to love & know yourself fully. After studying Astrology and reading Natal Charts for half a decade she discovered Human Design back in 2015 and quickly became obsessed with just how practical the Human Design system is. While a lot of astrology is open for interpretation, Human Design, although mystical in many ways, provides very concise strategies for those devoted to the path of self awareness. It’s an incredible tool that she uses with all of her coaching clients to help them grow in Self Love.
