Peter Boghossian is an American philosopher who taught at Portland State University and has long focussed on atheism, critical thinking and scientific scepticism. He was part of the grievance studies project that made up fake academic papers with ridiculous topics to expose the way that peer review publications accepted anything providing it was woke or trendy.
