Originally posted in 2019. It was such a powerful episode on gratitude that we felt it was fitting to bring it back again for Thanksgiving week this year.

In this week’s episode, we welcome back the highly skilled life coach, motivational speaker, and yoga/meditation teacher, Shannon Algeo, to talk to us about the practice of gratitude just in time for the holiday season. In this episode, Shannon talks to us about using gratitude as both a spiritual and mental health practice. He shares daily rituals you can use to implement gratitude and shows us how these rituals can cause a shift in perspective that can empower you. This is a great episode especially for someone battling with a lack mentality or negative thoughts to start small to create a big shift! Instead of ignoring or skipping intense emotions, we talk about how letting go of resistance and finding something small that is working in your life can develop mental resilience so you can shift from one state to another.
