White Walls is a Citra IPA brewed with White Wheat, creating a softer, fuller-bodied IPA. Highlighted by its use of 100% Citra hops, it imparts big aromas and flavors of tropical fruit and fresh citrus, complemented by medium bitterness and lively carbonation.
Institution Ale Company became Camarillo’s first brewery and tasting room in 2013. Starting as a nanobrewery, it brewed only three 100-gallon batches of beer every week. Now, their brewing operation has nearly maxed out, and are looking to grow in order to meet their high demand.
