Fear isn’t a bad thing, it gives us the opportunity to look at different sides, to be objective and to ensure we make a well rounded decision. 

BUT, there is a big BUT here…

For so many, fear takes the wheel and actually stops us from making decisions that could actually help us. Instead, it keeps us stagnant, stuck and feeling like safety is the only option. 

I mean come on, how many times have you NOT did something because of fear?

In this episode, I share with you a tool that I have been using consistently as I have been navigating some of my own fears.
