This is an episode I’ve been fearing to share. Not because it’s inherently bad, but because it’s an experience I revere and truly hold close to me. I feel like now is a better time than never to share with you all my experience, my studies, and my knowledge so that you understand where I’m planning to take this podcast, and where I hope to find you as well so we can all grow together.

As I continue my studies in shamanism and aim to become a shamanic practitioner, I realized that I have a true calling to study this. And while I’m free to do so right now– that wasn’t the case so many years ago for women. From witch hunts to being barred from voting, there are a lot of ancestral wounds and trauma that I believe I’m only beginning to heal.

If you’ve ever felt a calling, listen to it! Follow it! Let your guides lead you to where your purpose is.
