Setting goals can be exhausting — at least it was for me for a really long time. Most of the time I would check in and see that I was SO FAR behind hitting my goal that I’d give up way early (have you been there?). In 2016 something big clicked for me and I was able to really start seeing progress behind the chair. Did I want to hit a goal of selling $1,000 in retail to my guests that month? I HIT IT! Did I want to hit $9,000 in service sales in 30 days?? SMASHED IT!
