146. Accelerating Your Impact on the World with Matt Hersh
When we talk about work and fulfillment, it can drain almost all your energy when you don’t work in alignment with your purpose, motivation, and drive. I’ve met so many people that start off in Corporate but find almost no fulfillment in their day-to-day job, usually torn between making money and being a truly potent service-based leader.
From working a nine to five under fluorescent lights, my guest today Matt Hersh, Life and Business Master Coach, Founder of Hersh Research Institute, knew that he wanted to do something different with his life. As soon as he could take a break from work, Matt seized the opportunity and started working on himself– stepping into the role of a fitness coach and working with a startup in his community. After discovering that he had a calling for business coaching, Matt now works with hundreds of people to achieve their dreams of a profitable business!
