Kathleen Ikpi just entered her 14th season with the National Football League and her 7th season with the NFL Events department where she is the Manager of Youth Events,  Fan Experiences and Events DEI initiatives. In this role she is responsible for creating innovative and exciting youth activations and working across various departments to execute the ultimate fan experiences for all stakeholders both on and off the field. Kathleen is passionate about creating diverse and inclusive spaces for all and serves as co-chair of the NFL Pride Employee Resource Group. A native of PG County Maryland, Kathleen is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science.
