Meredith Viguers has experienc of runing companis and she is not new in that.

When taking new people in her company she asks if they are coachable. Because if you got a smart worker but he doesn't want to learn and listen to others, then that is not a good fit to be a leader.

When your workers fail don't ask them why did they do that. But ask them what contributed to that outcome. Bacauze asking why usually gets people into a defense mood.

When you have a company try to see if they can work without you. The best way is just to leave them for a few weeks and you will see how it goes.
