Today we talk about the first Captain Boomerang, George "Digger" Harkness, and his son Owen Mercer, who is also the second Captain Boomerang. Digger is arguably the least tolerable of the Rogues, but also maybe the most well-known outside of Flash comics, due to his involvement in the Suicide Squad.
