I provide coaching and training in Agile methodologies to help deliver better outcomes for patients and stakeholders. I have over 20 years of experience as a project management and Agile coach, and I hold several credentials, including PMP, CSM, and PMI-ACP. I am also the co-author of the book "Great Meetings Build Great Teams" which discusses how to facilitate effective meetings for project teams.
