Oscar Salinas, popularly known as @sotahboy on instagram, is a portrait photographer and videographer in the Twin Cities. Oscar picked up a camera less than 3 years ago and has grown his brand to over 130K followers on instagram. People think Oscar is a world traveler who takes photos all over the country, but what you’ll find is just the opposite. Oscar shoots with a few friends like Gabby Thomas and they go to places they decide in 30 minutes or less. The practicality and commitment to creation is incredible.
