There is tragedy in the beaches when a man is found dead in the sand in his perfectly coiffed tinfoil suit. Evan Hoopsick (Rob Baker) is a beaches resident, as is his personal alarm clock, The Smoking Man, and they recount their own personal investigation into the case.
