We start Dark Castle Month with their freshman release The House on Haunted Hill, the 1999 remake of William Castle's 1959 classic of the same name. This time around, we have "real life" WIlliam Castle in Steven Price played impeccably by the always amazing Geoffrey Rush. Along with Rush, is Taye Diggs, Ali Larter, Bridgette Wilson, Chris Kattan, and Peter Gallagher. Also part of this great cast is Famke Janssen as Evelyn, Price's estranged wife, who is the guest of honor of a birthday bash being held in this former insane asylum now supposed haunted house. So sit back, and listen as we wax poetic about the first movie that the Dark Castle Entertainment house was built on. ENJOY!
