Frequently, self-care is reduced to a method of "treating oneself," where it causes a person to only indulge in occasional and often costly acts. Yet, the essence of self-care transcends these occasional indulgences. It is a daily practice, a lifestyle that encompasses various aspects of your well-being, from your mental and emotional health to your financial stability, physical wellness, relationships, spirituality, social life, and work or business endeavors.
