Dave Gunderson is Vice President and General Manager of the Automotive Aftermarket Division of 3M. He has spent his career in and around the automotive industry and his passion for automobiles and caring for them runs deep. Dave joined 3M in 1988 as a Technical Service Engineer in Livonia, Michigan where he grew up. He moved to their headquarters in Saint Paul, Minnesota and has held global business roles in key 3M portfolios including Body Structure and Adhesives, Masking Tape and Advanced Ceramics. He has been part of the Six Sigma Operations working as the Master Black Belt for Aerospace and Marine and then Strategic Planning and Business Development for Automotive Aftermarket. He worked in Germany for European Business and in California where he led acquisitions for Meguiar's Car Care and he was the first Director and COO for Meguiar's and the 3M branded Auto Care portfolio.
