This week I am chatting with one of my good friends Jessica Friesen. Jessica is a Fertility Mindset and manifestation coach, Author, Sound Healer, and Podcast Host. She is a wife, mom to three children (boy/girl twins and a son), and stepmom to three girls. 

Throughout her adult life, Jessica has had many manifestations come true after learning more about the power of the mind that have truly changed her life. Her story is powerful, thoughtful and a good reminder that the dream life you want is only a positive thought away, if you allow it to be.
