Anger is a massive energy drainer. And if you listen to me for a longer time you know that energy is the key to your success.  Anger has massive power on your health. Yes COVID happened but focusing only on the negative will not get you anywhere. Because positivity gives you hope. Notice what happened and then ask yourself what are you going to do about it. If nothing else covid has saved some lives due to plain crash and things like that.

I have a task for you. Rename your alarm on the phone and let it say »don't forget to smile« or something that will make you remember to be more positive. Set a few alarms all through the day so whit time you will automatically remember those things.
