We spoke to Sandra Leech beekeeper. Sandra gave us fascinating information about bees and how it is so much more humane of a process than you had every thought. She talks about why it is imortant to eat local honey, and why crystallized honey is good. Honey has anti-bacterial, antiviral, and antimicrobial properties.
