I somehow managed to record and air this episode amongst the chaos of getting a grant in for The Elder Tree (submitted today) organising our upcoming sociocracy training (dates locked in), writing a massive newsletter for The Elder Tree spring equinox tomorrow, recording and editing the bonus group episode being launched on our podcast third birthday tomorrow, annnnd when I sat down to record this I get a call that a truck has arrived to The Elder Tree medicine gardens to deliver bark mulch so 2 minutes later I was flying out the door, Hence this episode arriving now live online in the evening. phew what a day.

In the recording, I actually forgot to mention one thing that happened this year- Cat Green from Everyday Empowered and Herbfest, reached out a herbal helping hand and offered to record an episode while I was moving interstate- what a legend.
