15. 3 Cognitive biases that could be sabotaging your weight loss

Your brain is smart 🤓 It likes to use shortcuts to help you make decisions faster, without having to think too much. These shortcuts are called cognitive biases, and they're a result of our brain interpreting a situation based on our past experience and current beliefs. Unfortunately, sometimes these biases hold us back because we get stuck with limiting beliefs that are no longer serving us. 

This happens most often when we're trying to make big changes in our lives, like when we're losing weight! We can't become our next level self while keeping our old thinking patterns.  

Today we're sharing 3 of the most common cognitive biases that tend to sabotage our weight loss progress. When you can notice them coming up, you get to step in and make a better choice for yourself.
