What does a coffee-addicted CEO, an overworked medical professional, and your average middle class parent all have in common? They're likely all working for money at the expense of their health.
From the time we go to elementary school to the time we graduate college, we're heavily indoctrinated with the idea that if you hope to have any life at all, you must slave yourself to the system: get good grades, go to college for a degree you don't know you want (and you probably won't use), pay off student loans until you're 40 years old, and work long hours for a reliable biweekly paycheck... up until your 60s when you get to retire. And the little time you have left on this planet will be spent frugally... Inspiring, isn't it?
Today, I'm excited to share an insightful episode I had with Krisstina Wise, financial health coach, real estate mogul, and owner of several multi-million dollar businesses. After nearly losing her life in 2013 and spending almost half a million dollars to recover, her mission is now to inspire others to build extraordinary wealth and optimal health.
