I have always read that the elite of the elite get 'comfortable with being uncomfortable' and never really dived into this statement and understood it's relevance to me, you and every breathing human. Deep inside our innate brain lies a protective rationale that DOES NOT want you to get stronger, DOES NOT want you to get lean and shredded. Neither does it want you to go out in the cold and get in shape. But, if you can defeat this excuse-making, lying-to-you conscience you can achieve things you never thought you ever could. Doing something that SUCKS every single day and achieving it bolsters your mindset and builds resilience.
