I have adopted Jocko Willink's philosophy and I can 100% testify to it's power and effectiveness. Today, I read some passages from the book Jocko refers to as the 'Field Manual' and how a simple term can be life changing.

I had the pleasure of asking Kyle Williams' about his very detailed process of dealing with Anxiety and other Mental Health. Kyle is very open about his darker days and what he does day to day from keeping a journal, checking in with himself, being humbled in MMA and Jiu Jitsu, Support Networks and his love/hate relationship with Cold Water.
This was truly one of the most eye opening and informational interviews I have done.
Enjoy!
