She is currently the CEO and co-founder of BetterBrave, a nonprofit that fights workplace sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. She is also the co-organizer of #HATEISAVIRUS, which is a movement to combat racism and xenophobia against Asians fueled by COVID-19, and the co-producer of Hidden Narratives podcast.
