'd like to introduce you to Deep Ponderings for Sensitives Series that will come out once or twice a month. These short videos (7-15 minutes long) will present various topics for you to listen to and contemplate with a cup of tea or your journal by your side. My personal and professional experience has shown me that we are programmed to focus on the smaller details of our life's limitations rather than open up to a broader perspective of how connected everything is and all the great opportunities and potentials there are to overcoming our limitations and challenges. I compassionately remind myself and my clients that we need time to PONDER - Who we are and why are we here. A lot of us are caught on the hamster wheel, in survival, and don't know how to get off. You are a deep thinker and a feeling soul and if it’s your time to savior what is possible and KNOW who you are rather than continue to struggle and survival you’ll need to stop and become more aware. It's my desire to provide some expanding consciousness topics for you to chew on for your personal and professional benefit. I'm keeping these pondering videos short so you can first listen with your mind opening to the information and then if you like listen again while taking notes you can refer to later and then take inspired action and see what happens. I’d recommend you ask yourself good questions is essential to learning and growing. Challenge yours and other people's beliefs with new information. What does the information mean to you? How would this information change your life if you applied it? Look up definitions of words and symbols. Feel into it. What triggers you? Why? What feels right/wrong? Why? What are your beliefs related to the subject? Are they true/false? How? What's your connection to the subject matter? Does this information serve me or limit me? What’s here for me to learn and grow?
