Point break. I do not know how physics would define it, but this is definitely the point at which you determine your elasticity once you reach the point you can no longer stretch.

But the power of choice of path to take is in your hands. Will you wallow in self pity or will you give yourself a chance to explore how elastic you are?

If you think university life is easy, then it is probably because you enjoyed the luxury of not having to worry about your next meal, but it was recently brought to light that students are going hungry in school because of lack of money. For some people, this was extremely alarming, but for those of us who experienced the highs and lows of campus vibes, we can proudly tell you that yeah, that shit is real. People struggle out there.

1- Know yourself

This episode is for anyone who needs a rough idea on how life can be maneuvered, so share it with all those campus students who do not think it is possible to walk out of campus with more than papers to their name because they do not have access to capital.

Happy easter, and welcome to season two of my podcast. I took time to engage a friend, Phidelis, on the notion that adulting is a scam. This is a four part session, beginning with her thoughts on easter season. We discuss forgiveness, and how practical it is in society today.

Self love is the responsibility we have to loving ourselves, but while we love ourselves we still have a responsibility to channel that love to other people. This second segment is an explanation of self-love with regards to our responsibility to loving others.

Being so close to valentines, everyone is on high alert for where their gifts will come from. For the rest of the year, those who will gift us will be the ones who we feel love us the most. 

For this episode, I ask three questions

1- Is your relationship a valentines edition, or does the edition come once in a year

2- How well do you love yourself to let others love you

3- How willing are you to open yourself to love

Self love is a personal responsibility that we all must work on for ourselves instead of pulling those who love us down to the standards we have set for ourselves.

Autonomy in layman terms means the independence in one's thoughts or actions, the ability to self-govern, or self-regulate

There are two responses to actions 

1- everyone else is doing it

2- this is actually good for me

What choice do you normally find yourself making?

Humans are humans, so getting lost is super easy. However, what happens next is the most important question. Do you simply sit still and ride it out or do you wake up and do sometihng about it

This is a lessons-learnt in a lost trip kind of an episode

This specific episode may seem different from my normal niche. For one the segment is very personal, but relatable. I feel it would be improper to usher in the new year without being 100% open about how I feel about 2021, so this right here is a very short episode discussing what I think of 2021 and how my religion has helped me shape what I envision for 2021.
