This weeks episode I'm chatting about 10 healthy habits you can add into your routine and life right now to make a change to becoming a better you. I think when we are trying to adopt healthier lifestyles we assume we need to cut out our normal habits and replace them with restrictive diets and excessive exercise routines, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Living a healthy lifestyle is about overall health and happiness both mentally and physically. There are small things you can ADD to your life and not eliminate from your current routine that can help you start living a better life TODAY. Whether you add in one habit or all ten, that's totally up to you these are just things that have really helped me and I wanted to share them with you!!
