Journaling is scientifically proven to better your mood, state of mind, and overall health. That's not a mystery, but what was a mystery is what would happen if I coupled the habit of journaling with live sessions with people from all around the world. Would we be brave enough to read the pages from our journals? Turns out, we were, and now JoClub, the journal club, has grown to over 100 members in all corners of the world. Today, I speak to three of them who have been with me for over two years. Because when you're building something that's never been done before, your best bet is to get feedback from the people you're building it for.
