Emotional eating occurs when trying to get emotional relief in some way, shape, or form. This episode gets very real and honest about dealing with emotional eating. Overcoming a binge or restrictive eating pattern is possible when done the right way. Allow yourself to sort through the emotions and feel the feelings that you're experiencing. Once you do this, food will no longer be an issue. It's never about the food. It’s about your relationship with you.
