"Hi. I'm queer, and my partner (they/them) gets very triggered that I often avoid places that my exes and I have been to. I think it's normal that Singapore is tiny, and maybe I'd never get past it. I get that it's tiring, and I'm also anxious about passing this painful fear onto them. I don't know what to do to cope better and not affect my partner with the ways my insecurities and pains are.
