Standing Tall in Myself is a 15-minute guided meditation and somatic practice created for those healing from trauma bonding, emotional depletion, and body image pain.
This practice supports you in reclaiming your body as a place of safety, worth, and inner belonging. Using gentle breathwork, micro-movements, and affirmations, this meditation helps you reconnect with your core, not just physically but emotionally.
You will be guided to breathe into stillness, release shame, and return to a grounded sense of self.
No experience is required. Just a body that has been through a lot and is ready to feel again.
Deanna is an internationally accredited trauma-informed coach, somatic healing practitioner, and 500-hour certified meditation coach. She holds a Master’s in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is a registered mindfulness practitioner, accredited through the Canadian Yoga Alliance.
Her work centers on helping others reconnect with their bodies after grief, emotional disconnection, and trauma. Through a blend of nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and inner reparenting, she guides clients toward lasting self-trust and embodied worth.
Deanna is the creator of Standing Tall in Myself, a 15-minute guided meditation designed to help individuals reclaim their core, restore emotional confidence, and return to their bodies with gentleness and strength.
She believes healing is not about becoming someone new, but about safely remembering who you’ve always been.
